These were for a coworker’s cats…she’ll doll them up any time she can. Halloween was coincidental.

Belinda–these two little ones are adorable. And Jake looks like he was made for the top hat and tie. I’m not going to show this to Teemu–he likes to think he’s the top cat. 🙂

AWWW, there’s room at the top. I admit to making those hats for completely selfish reasons — I wanted to see them on Asia’s cats! And they are such perfect models! I tried the top hat on Walter, and he didn’t go for it. Oh well!!

Knitting a top hat proved to be a bit of a challenge, and I can’t say the results were perfect. But it did the job. However, I don’t expect to be writing a pattern for this anytime soon!!
