I checked and the video seems to be working properly on this end. I’ll check on another computer as soon as I can. I know I can’t get it to work on my phone, so I don’t know what the problem might be.

It could be my old xp, desktop pc being at fault, but then you mention your phone…perhaps we need to update certain software, in order to play it?
