Okay, this has got to be one of the best holidays of the year. Chocolate cupcake day! My local bakery is having a special on these delicacies all weekend long, and I plan to stop by and celebrate. In case you prefer the mini-cupcake variety, three of those equal one regular size cupcake, but who’s counting?
And if, perchance, you are reading this past the actual date of the holiday, you have my permission to have a belated holiday.
